1. Posters must then be signed and signed by Mr Douglas and Chopped
2. No Full Names on Social Media (First names only)
Starting a GGC/CAPS:
1. New CAP proposals will happen in November
2. All proposals will be reviewed by the Cap Council (and perhaps the GGC / Arts / Athletic council if relevant)
3. The decision by Winter break
4. CAP can begin in January and follow the Exec Change over timeline for all CAPS
Event Proposal Process

1. Please submit this 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the event
2. Please expect a turnover with comments within a week. Please send an email in advance for meetings and inquiries. We will be more than happy to assist to you as soon as possible.

Yes providing that those bullet points clearly and concisely deliver your response

Fundraising Clarification:
The way through how you fundraise has to align with your club’s mission. (E.g. Cooking for A Cause can do a bake sale). We’re here to elevate the impact, that’s why we stress so much about the alignment of your event to your club’s mission.
