GGC Council Vision and Mission/Goals
At the German Swiss International School, our mission statement is to inspire passionate, open-minded, inclusive and resilient global citizens who strive to make a positive difference in our changing world.
Our Goals:

Continue to raise awareness and increase support offered to all the SDGs and encourage students to get involved with activities that promote the SDGs, no matter organised by the GSIS GGC or other school clubs.

Develop partnerships with global, local and school communities to share best practices and promote collaboration in the face of global challenges.

Hi! I’m Jayden and one of the co-presidents of the GSIS GGC Chapter! As an avid politics enthusiast, I am most passionate about Partnership for the Goals and Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions. In my free time you’ll likely find me browsing CNN or drafting for/against speeches!

Hi, I’m Prisha! As a co-president of the GSIS GGC Chapter, I aim to advocate for impactful initiatives that foster sustainability and empower our community to tackle global challenges. I am particularly passionate about Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities, as I believe promoting equity and inclusion is essential for creating a just society where everyone has a voice and opportunity.

Hi everyone! I’m Chloe, the Head of Communications at the GSIS GGC Council. I love doing service work and supporting underprivileged communities; I also run food drives every year at school and am part of the GSIS Unicef chapter. I am particularly passionate about SDG #1 No Poverty and SDG #4 Quality Education. In the upcoming year, I hope to plan more successful events, help advocate for increased equality and make a bigger impact on the SDGs!

In my free time, you can find me organising small projects to boost community engagement in the topics I am passionate about. I resonate with the sustainable development goals no poverty, as well as affordable and clean energy, hoping to study renewable energy in the future.
