The leadership workup embodies what the GGC council stands for: change, leadership and sustainable growth as clubs. The day comprises keynote speakers making inspirational calls to actions, tailored workshops built by the council (addressing what the student body needs), interactive simulations and case study challenges, annual goal setting and a planning session. The leadership workshop helps the council start the year with a bang and get ideas for impact rolling.
